BUSINESS MEDIATION
All Business Mediations are done on a flat fee of $200 per hour. Parties will arrange how payment will be made at the beginning of mediation.
FAMILY MEDIATION
The categories of Family Mediation include the following:
1. Separation and/or Divorce
2. Custody, Visitation and/or Child Support (court-ordered cases are at no cost)
3. Extended Family
Fees are computed on a sliding scale based upon the combined gross annual income of the parties who may divide the cost between themselves as they wish.
All fees are due at the end of each mediation session. PDRC may request prepayment for preparation of documents and related work prior to preparing any documents. All billed costs must be paid in full prior to delivery of documents/agreements.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, checks and money orders.
Parties’ Combined Gross Income
Hourly Rate
$ 49,999 or less = $ 70.00/hour
$ 50,000 – $ 99,000 = $130.00/hour
$100,000 – $149,000 = $190.00/hour
$150,000 – $199,000 = $240.00/hour
$200,000 or more = $300.00/hour
Proof of income required. Please provide at least one of the following: W-2, Tax Returns, 1099 forms or three current paystubs.
